HPC is becoming a strategic R&amp;D resource and there is an unprecedented surge in demand for HPC resources. NSCC Singapore’s HPC resources will be centrally managed, and will move away from the model of institutional contributions.<\/p><p> <\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Strategic Resource
